Experience Highlights:
Before founding Loubet Law, Anthony served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for organizations supporting adults with disabilities, and as Director and General Counsel for a nonprofit foundation. In these roles, he advised executive leadership, managed compliance, guided business development, and participated in strategic planning.
Earlier in his career, Anthony served as a Deputy Utah County Attorney, representing county departments, litigating in district and tax courts, and drafting ordinances, contracts, and policies. He also advised a Salt Lake County Councilman as Senior Policy Advisor on legislation and countywide initiatives. His legal foundation was further strengthened through judicial clerkships with the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Fourth District Court.
Education & Affiliations:
Anthony earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he was President of the Student Bar Association, Managing Editor for the BYU Education & Law Journal, Lead Editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law, a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Teams, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Management at California Lutheran University.
He is admitted to practice in Utah and is an active member of the Utah State Bar and the American Bar Association. His professional service includes leadership roles with the A. Sherman Christensen Inn of Court, the BYU Law Alumni Board, and the Utah Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, where he received the Star of the Quarter Award.
